BIO

Bryan is a seasoned licensed salesperson.  He has over 15 years exceptional customer service and over 500 5 star reviews with companies and owners throughout the country.  Raised in Glen Cove and now a resident in Long Beach, Bryan has in depth personal experience in all areas of Long Island.  Bryan is a postgraduate of Argosy University in Washington D.C., where he earned his M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and an undergraduate of State University of New York at Old Westbury, where he earned his B.A. in Psychology.  Bryan is involved in many professional organizations such as LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and North Shore Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  Bryan also actively volunteers in community charities such as Steps for Humanity sponsored by Habitat for Humanity Nassau County, Operation Smile, Long Beach Latino Civic Association, St. Patrick’s Church, and Glen Cove Cares.

Bryan has worked with organizations throughout Long Island and New York City.  He prides himself on pinpointing a person’s needs and wants through questioning and analysis.  Bryan has exceptional understanding and effectiveness in marketing through word of mouth, all social media platforms, and targeted professional networks.  His reach and influence is wide ranged and reaches all demographics in New York.  He has worked diligently with companies and promotional directors in all industries throughout the country and has a knack for connecting two parties for mutual benefit.  Bryan is also fluent in Spanish and has worked with the Latino community for years, gaining trust and respect through transparency and communication.  “People don’t act when they don’t understand.”  Bryan’s approach is consultative but direct.  He believes the combination of full disclosure, the right information, and clear directions makes for a smoother transaction and strong foundation, which will allow for a lasting realtor-client relationship.
