Since 1997, Nancy has been the guiding force behind countless seamless transitions for individuals both locally and globally. Her journey began with the Laffey team, where her exceptional dedication and expertise quickly propelled her to the role of Vice President of Global Relocation. 

Nancy is more than just a real estate professional; she's a visionary leader whose influence extends beyond the day-to-day operations of the industry. Her mastery spans construction, property management, development, and navigating the diverse needs of relocation. Fluent in multiple languages, Nancy brings a global perspective to her role, enriching the experiences of those she serves. 

In 2006, Nancy ventured into the Brooklyn market, acquiring, developing, and selling high-end Brownstones. Her commitment to client satisfaction led her to become an invaluable guide. In 2015, she took on the role of Vice President of Global Relocation at Laffey International Real Estate, overseeing seamless transitions for clients locally and globally. 

As a loving mother of three, Nancy has called Jericho, New York, home for over 28 years, with additional residences in Astoria, Queens, Brooklyn, Cleveland, Ohio, Croatia, and Austria. Her leisure pursuits include reading and returning to her native Montenegro, where she has built a custom summer cottage overlooking the Adriatic Sea.   

Nancy achieved yet another milestone in 2022 becoming the President at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fillmore Real Estate. This new role solidifies her standing as an influential figure in the industry.
