Ben Greenspan is a Long Island native. Originally from Plainview, Bayshore and presently in Glen Cove, Ben has a unique understanding of the Long Island Real Estate Market. A full time realtor since 2008, buyers and sellers alike find it reassuring to work with this gentleman who does not know the word no. He is the consummate deal maker and is continuously looking out for his client’s best interest. The word lazy is not part of Ben’s vocabulary. Always with a smile on his face, he will search high and low for the right fit of buyer and seller for any property. Ben has the respect and confidence of home sellers who have also entrusted their commercial properties to him with the knowledge that if a transaction is to be made, Ben is the agent to do the job successfully!

Very cool down to earth guy. I will recommend him to anyone selling or buying. I was in the market of selling and emailed him. Within 15 minutes he got back to me. Came to my house and made me feel comfortable and unrushed cause I was not sure if I wanted to sell. I ended up not selling after he  did so much work for me taking pictures getting paper work ready. Etc. He gave me great advice. He one hell of a guy. A couple of years later I tried to sell my home by myself. I had a buyer on the line.  The buyer did an inspection, and he didn’t like the result so he backed out. I turned to Ben and he listed and sold it for 30k more than the buyer I had! Thanks Ben.

I’ve Known Ben Greenspan since 2012 when I called him to find out what my house in Glen Cove was worth. I ended up not selling at that time but kept in contact with him throughout the years. In 2019 I decided to try and sell my house on my own. I found a buyer who agreed to my price and they did an inspection. After the inspection they decided not to go through with the sale. I turned to Ben to sell my house. He sold my house for 30k higher than the agreed price I had with my buyer. It was an exceptionally smooth transaction with no issues. About a year and a half later I was missing Glen Cove and turned to Ben again to find me a house. We worked very closely together and found the right house. 60 days later I closed on a beautiful house in Glen Cove.
